李葉青先生，1964年2月出生，博士，教授級(jí)高級(jí)工程師，現(xiàn)任公司總裁、總工程師、黨委書(shū)記，中國(guó)建材聯(lián)合會(huì)首席專(zhuān)家、專(zhuān)家委執(zhí)行主任。李葉青先生自1984年7月先后畢業(yè)于武漢建材學(xué)院硅酸鹽專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位；武漢工業(yè)大學(xué)工業(yè)管理專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；華中科技大學(xué)管理科學(xué)與工程專(zhuān)業(yè)，獲管理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1984年7月至1987年10月，任武漢工業(yè)大學(xué)硅工系教師、團(tuán)委副書(shū)記；1987年11月加入華新水泥廠（本公司前身），先后任中心化驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量控制工程師、石灰石礦副礦長(zhǎng)、擴(kuò)改辦副主任、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)處長(zhǎng)，1993年1月任華新水泥廠（本公司前身）副廠長(zhǎng)，1994年6月任本公司副總經(jīng)理，1999年12月至今，任本公司總經(jīng)理（2004年3月后改稱(chēng)總裁）、總工程師。1994年起，出任本公司董事。2023年4月起，出任阿曼水泥股份有限公司(Oman Cement Company)董事長(zhǎng)。2009年3月至今，任中國(guó)建筑材料聯(lián)合會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)；2000年5月至今，任中國(guó)水泥協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。2014年1月至今，任湖北省建筑材料聯(lián)合會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。2020年10月至今，任中國(guó)建筑材料聯(lián)合會(huì)第六屆理事會(huì)執(zhí)行副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。

He is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, chief engineer, chief specialist and executive chairman of the Specialist Committee of China Building Materials Federation. In July 1984, he graduated from Wuhan Institute of Building Materials with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in silicate, and with a master’s degree in engineering majoring in industrial management, and from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a doctor’s degree in management, majoring in management science and engineering. From July 1984 to October 1987, he served as a teacher in Wuhan University of Technology Silicon Engineering Department, and a deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee. He joined Huaxin Cement Plant (predecessor of the Company) in November 1987, and served as a quality control engineer of Central Lab, vice manager of Limestone Quarry, vice director of Extension Office and manager of production technology, and promoted as the vice manager of Huaxin Cement Plant in January 1993. He became Deputy General Manager of the Company in June 1994, General Manager of the Company and chief engineer since December 1999 (renamed as chief executive officer in March 2004). He served as a Director of the Company since 1994. He served as the Chairman of Oman Cement Company since April 2023. He has also been the Vice Chairman of China Building Materials Federation since March 2009 and Vice Chairman of China Cement Association since May 2000. He also served as the Chairman of Hubei Building Materials Federation since January 2014. Also, he has been serving as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Sixth Council of China Building Materials Federation since October 2020.
